Salted Brick restaurant is located in Ocala, Florida and brings to life regional favorites alongside American classics, using locally-sourced, fresh ingredients. Featuring a centerpiece exhibition kitchen and wood-fired oven, watch as items are grilled to perfection above a natural flame. Think low country inspired shrimp and grits, “Brick City” half roast chicken, and grilled heritage pork chop.
